Award-winning author Lisa Swinton loves romance, travel, Disney, Jane Austen, and tidying up, not necessarily in that order. Oh, and dark chocolate and Asian dramas. Her happy place is on any beach. When she's not busy being mom or writing, you might find her singing onstage.

Lisa has presented at writer's conferences and retreats across the U.S.A. inlcuding Nebraska Writers Guild, OHPA, Rappahannock Writers, San Diego Writers Guild, SMIAH/Storymakers Midwest, & The Writing Gals. She's presented classes on setting, drama & tension, how to be a healthy writer, writing romance & kisses, and getting feedback without breaking.
